First thing to do is change your food habits. Try to take more of sattvic foods. More fruits and vegetables. Avoid too much of fats and fried foods. Drink lots of water throughout the day. Do some yoga, walking or workouts.
Understand the advantages of meditation. Think of the purpose of life. Set some personal goals. Both long term and short term. These things should put you on track. Slowly set out a fixed time for your meditations and it will become a habit.
